Tree Cottage
(the Cottages are situated 400 yards apart) IdyllicPrague can offer beds for 49
Guests.
We often add new beds and remove old beds, so this number can change a
little.

Both Cottages have recently been fitted with super powerful, super efficient,
super ecological
condensing gas boilers which are capable of heating a great deal of bath and
shower water
rapidly. Nevertheless with large groups you may need to give some
consideration to a washing
rota to ensure the availability of hot water.

Cherry Tree Cottage has 6 double beds and 9 single beds, sleeping a total of 21.

toilets, 2 family bathrooms,

Although we endeavour to maintain stocks of pillow cases, duvet covers,
sheets, towels etc for 50-60 Guests
some items can get lost or damaged during a season, and additional laundry is
needed during changeover.
We therefore recommend that for your comfort and convenience you bring some
items with you,
perhaps a sleeping bag, pillow and towel.

configurations available for large parties.
If you are planning to accommodate a large
party, please discuss your planned sleeping
configurations with IdyllicPrague prior to
your arrival so that appropriate bedding
can be prepared for you.
Bedroom 1 includes a large double bed,
a couch which unfolds into a single
bed,
and a large single Z-bed. The maximum
number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 4.
Bedroom 2 includes a large double bed
and a heavy chair that folds out into a
strong single bed. In addition
2 lightweight single Z-beds can
be added for
lightweight use only. The maximum
number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 5.
Bedroom 3 includes a double bed and
2 divan beds which can be put together
to make a double bed. The maximum number
of sleepers accommodated is therefore 4.
Bedroom 4 includes a double bed and 2 bunk beds which can be put together
to make a double bed. The maximum number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 4. The lightweight single Z-beds from the Master Bedroom 2 could
also be accommodated here.
A family television den is provided on the lower floor. A television,
satellite receiver,
and
DVD player are provided. (Please do not rely on TV or satellite, we
recommend
that you bring DVDs.)
The television den has been
completely refurbished for use
as a 5th Bedroom

The
TV Den includes 1 or 2 sofa/beds
both of which fold down into double
beds, giving a
maximum capacity
of 4 sleepers. However, a maximum
of 3 sleepers is more realistic.
Bedroom 5 is next to the luxury Jacuzzi bathroom.
Bedroom 6 has 2 double sofa beds and can therefore sleep a maximum of 4.
Bedroom 6 is adjacent to the luxury Jacuzzi bathroom and has a washbasin
mirror and shaver socket.
The Living Room includes 2 sofa beds that folds down into 2 double beds, and
a sofa which sleeps one. The maximum number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 5. In addition purpose built cushions from the single settee can
form an
extra bed. Additional lightweight beds folding beds can be arranged in
any of the rooms.
