At the time of writing this text, by combining Conifer Cottage and Cherry
Tree Cottage
(the Cottages are situated 400 yards apart) IdyllicPrague can offer beds for 49
Guests.
We often add new beds and remove old beds, so this number can change a
little.
If you are interested in renting the Cottages for large numbers of Guests,

this web page carefully, please consider how you would like to utilise the
rooms, and
please email an outline of your intended occupancy to us.
Both Cottages have recently been fitted with super powerful, super efficient,
super ecological
condensing gas boilers which are capable of heating a great deal of bath and
shower water
rapidly. Nevertheless with large groups you may need to give some
consideration to a washing
rota to ensure the availability of hot water.
Conifer Cottage has 6+1 bedrooms, 3 toilets, family bathroom, Jacuzzi
bathroom, shower bathroom,
piano, living room, kitchen dining room, utility room, locking garage and mature
secure garden with barbeque.
Conifer Cottage has 9 double beds and 10 single beds, sleeping a total of 28.
Alternatively 2 singles
can be configured as a double bed, making 10 double beds and 8 single beds.
In addition 2 baby cots are available.
Cherry Tree Cottage has 4+2 bedrooms, 3 toilets, family bathroom, 2
wheelchair accessible shower rooms,
2 living rooms, 2 kitchen dining rooms, double locking garage and mature secure
garden with barbeque
Cherry Tree Cottage has 6 double beds and 9 single beds, sleeping a total of 21.
Alternatively 8 singles
can be configured as 4 double beds, making 10 double beds and 1 single beds.
In addition 2 baby cots are available.
Conifer Cottage combined with Cherry Tree Cottage has 10+3 bedrooms, 6
toilets, 2 family bathrooms,
Jacuzzi bathroom, shower bathroom, 2 wheelchair accessible shower rooms, piano,
3 living rooms,
3 kitchen dining rooms, utility room, double and a single locking garage and 2
mature secure gardens each with barbeque.
Conifer Cottage combined with Cherry Tree Cottage has 15 double beds
and 19 single beds, sleeping a total of 49.
Alternatively 10 singles can be configured as 5 double beds, making 20 double
beds and 9 single beds.
In addition 2 baby cots are available.
Although we endeavour to maintain stocks of pillow cases, duvet covers,
sheets, towels etc for 50-60 Guests
some items can get lost or damaged during a season, and additional laundry is
needed during changeover.
We therefore recommend that for your comfort and convenience you bring some
items with you,
perhaps a sleeping bag, pillow and towel.

The Cottage has 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and 4+2 bedrooms.
In addition sofa beds can be used in the living room for example.
So, although the Cottage is perfect for a romantic holiday for 2,
it
can accommodate families and groups up to 20 Guests.

configurations available for large parties.
If you are planning to accommodate a large

your arrival so that appropriate bedding
can be prepared for you.
Bedroom 1 includes a double bed which can be split
into 2 single beds plus a single bed. The maximum
number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 3.
Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds which can be
combined to make a double bed.
The maximum
number of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 2.
Bedroom 3 includes 4 single beds which can be
put together
to make two double beds. The maximum
number
of sleepers accommodated is therefore 4.
Bedroom 4 includes 2 double bed sofa beds. The maximum number
of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 4.
Bedroom 5 includes 2 double bed sofa beds. The maximum number
of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 4.
Bedroom 6 includes 2 double bed sofa beds. The maximum number
of sleepers accommodated is
therefore 4.
