The ground floor of Conifer Cottage is convenient for disabled Guests, as
bedroom, kitchen, living room
bathroom and toilet are all available on the ground floor. However the
ground floor toilet is situated in
a simple small cubical, which is not ideal for wheelchair users or disabled
Guests. Nevertheless several
wheelchair users and disabled Guests have enjoyed super holidays with
IdyllicPrague.com staying in
Conifer Cottage, and have reported that they found Conifer Cottage to be
excellent.
If possible, we recommend that wheelchair users rent
Cherry Garden Suite or
Cherry Tree Cottage instead,
as these Cottages are more fully adapted for wheelchair use.

The Front Door of Conifer Cottage is 840mm wide. In front of the Front
Door two steps 1,200mm wide
are 170mm high and 155mm high and the step to the door threshold is 125mm high.
A metal framed
timber surfaced ramp is available for access up these steps, and a timber ramp
is available for access to
the front door.

KitchenThe spacious kitchen comprises a double sink drainer, extensive worktop, fitted cupboards, electric fan oven, electric hobs, two microwaves, electric kettle, crockery cutlery and cooking utensils for 20 guests. Utility roomThe utility room leads conveniently from the kitchen and incorporates a dishwasher, a tall fridge freezer, and extensive shelving for food storage. |
Dining AreaThe dining area is open plan to the kitchen and extends into a garden bay with full height windows. A large dining table and ten stackable dining chairs are provided. |

Living RoomThe large living room leads off the dining area and includes a large settee/bed, armchairs, a DVD television and book shelves. Books provided include guide books, books about Prague, reference books, and lighter reading. Two patio doors lead out to the garden patio. |

The ground floor bathroom has a "walk-in-shower" but the toilet is not adapted for wheelchair users.

Garden PatioThe garden patio includes a built-in barbeque. Extensive garden furniture is provided and the patio can be shaded by an unusually large articulated sunshade umbrella
